Kiyomizu-Kannondo

kiyomizu-kannondo Kiyomizu-Kannondo is located in ueno park.
It is near to the statue of Saigo Takamori.
It was built in 1631 with modeled on Kiyomizu-Dera in Kyoto.

This is the way we (european people) imagine Japan:old wooden temples with those lovely roofs..
