Shinobazu pond is a pond which is in ueno park.
I took these photos last Saturday.
Those cherry trees were in full bloom.
Many people were enjoying cherry blossoms by the pond.

(Note)
I took these photos on April 4 , 2009.

A lot of people around, it has to be a popular holiday. Spectacular images.

I understand very well why people like to go there. The ducks are lovely, the blossom trees are magnificent, the pond is peaceful...and with your pictures, it seems we're among them!

PS: I enlarged the pictures and... Do the boats look like ducks or swans?!
