Zojo-ji Temple


Zojo-ji is a buddhist temple located in minato ward.
This is main hall of the temple.
You can also see Tokyo tower over the hall in this photo.

When I saw the tower..... the first thing I thought of was the glass floor inside.Perhaps a bit strange?

Yes, beautyful contrast between old and modern times. I like this beautyful shrine, with this special and typical roof, and the lanterns along the stairs..

I like this scene pretty much. You captured the interesting contrast between Tokyo Tower and the ancient temple really beautifully, Nobu-san!

And I like the Japanese laterns, too. I took three of them home to Germany and one of them now illuminates the workroom of my appartment... :-)
