Kameido Tenjin with Ume Blossoms

Last sunday, I visited Kameido Tenjin to viewing ume blossoms.
Kameido Tenjin is a shinto shrine located kameido, koto ward.
On that time, the shrine was gorgeous with many beautiful ume blossoms.

Have you ever been to the Wisteria festival (Fuji Matsuri (藤まつり, ふじまつり) at Kameido Tenjin Shrine, Nobu-san?

We have Wisteria plants at one of the balkonies of our appartment house, too. The start flourishing somewhen between April and May.

Ume (= Japanese apricot) trees I don't think we have at Germany - perhaps somewhere in botanical gardens, I suppose.

Have a nice day,

Uwe.

Wow, ume blossoms are so beautiful! I had heard that they were much smaller than sakura, so I was not expecting much. But they are truly lovely! Thank you for these photos!

These photos are so incredibly beautiful. You have such a gifted eye for photography Nobu-san, and are surrounded by so much beauty everywhere. I wish you would publish a photo book of japan.
