Daikancho-dori at Cherry Blossom Time



Do you remember my article, "Cherry Blossoms at Chidorigafuchi" ?.
On that day, after taking photos at Chidorigafuchi, I walked on Daikancho-dori (street) for Takebashi.
It was a nice walk for me.

Denpoin Garden



Denpoin garden of Semso-ji temple is not usually open to the public.
But it is open from March 22 to May 7 in this year as a charity event for the Great East Japan Earthquake.
When I visited there, cherry blossoms in the garden were almost full bloom.

I took these photos at Sumida Park.
They were playing Japanese drums as an attraction of a cherry blossom festival.

Sumida park is a public park lies along Sumida-gawa(river).
This place has been a popular cherry blossom viewing spot since the middle of Edo era.
