Former Yasuda Garden (Kyu Yasuda Teien)
Former Yasuda Garden is a Japanese garden located in Ryogoku district.
This garden was formerly a property of Zenjiro Yasuda who was a business man in Meiji era.
It is belongs to Sumida ward as public garden now.
Originally, it was a feudal lord's garden in Edo era.
This garden is small, but it has nice design and rich nature.
And every one can enjoy in this garden free of charge.

Lanterns, red wooden bridge, birds, beautyful reflections on the pond.. A peaceful perfect picture of a japanese dream...
Feudal lords knew something about gardens and it is wonderful that the garden is kept so well.
These are the images of a dream timeless.
Congratulations, photographs
magnificent.
Thanks!
Wonderful. So paceful, it all seem so still and quiet, perfect for relaxation, away from the noise and the craziness of the town...
I have been to this garden! My husband and I spent 4 weeks traveling Japan and we loved it!
I have many pictures of this beautiful garden. Your pictures bring back wonderful memories.
Thank you for sharing!
An offbeat location, the gardens now also have a Tokyo Skytree in the backdrop. I went last week, see the snaps if interested http://experiencetokyo.net/former-yasuda-garden-beautiful-japanese-garden-with-tokyo-skytree-backdrop/
