The park seems to be on the top of a hill and offering a wonderful view all over the town. There, you must be above the crowd and the noise of the modern world; That's a lovely place.. (Did you see your shadow on the floor?..:-)))

This is a nice retreat place. Just communing with nature and relaxing.
Another wonderful park in Tokyo and quite large too as far as I can see.
