In cherry blossoms time, Ueno park is very very crowded, but around the temple is calm.

To answer to your question: Yes, the train runs all along the shore for around 50 kilometers & even after crossing the frontier to Italy .
Is it flowering Japanese cherries? Amazing clouds of flowers. I feel their smell. Feel free to Polskia especially to my city, which is called Nowy Sacz. You also spring flowers bloom. :)
