I often eat a so-said "japanese" food in France, but I wonder if it has really something to do with what I see on your picture..
I only recognize what we call here "maki" or "sushi"...
all that seems very good anyway!..
Japanese food yum! I was there last year for my vacation and I must say food is the one thing that you don't want to miss at any time.
looks really yummy... I love sushi, sashimi... and i LOVE nori
