Ume after the Rain
I took these photos last Sunday at Kameido Tenjin that is a shinto shrine in kameido, koto ward.
On that day, It was rain in the morning.
But the weather turned to fine dramatically in the afternoon.
I could see those ume blossoms and buds in quiet mood.

Wonderful cherry blossoms. Well photographed.
After the short springtime intermezzo last weekend, the temperatures in Germany are winterly again. For the upcoming weekend the weathermen predict snow or sleet - not for the first time this winter.
Until the spring weather really will be established in our latitudes, it's our (only?) pleasure to watch your ume blossom pictures, Nobu-san... ;-)
Chill, but sunny regards, Uwe.
It's so beautiful!I loved these pictures.Cherry blossoms are fabulous and delicate!
Léia :)
The rain has added some pearls to those flower-jewels..
You see, Nobu-san, Ume trees (Japanese apricot, or Chinese plum) and ume blossoms are not very well known and established outside Japan or China.
For all those of you not familiar with this type of tree, have a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ume
Ume, no --> Uwe!
Beautiful and evocative images
Beautiful! Once again, you've perfectly captured the essence of a single moment.
Beautiful shots!
Nice photography of a sight I will long remember.
