I took this photo in Hakusan Jinja ( Hakusan Shrine ). Hakusan Jinja is a shinto shrine located in bunkyo ward. This shrine is a well known hydrangea viewing spot in Tokyo.
This pond is located in Ninomaru garden of Higashi Gyoen (The East Gardens of Imperial Palace). On that day I visited there, satsuki azalea bloom around the pond.
And little yellow flowers bloom on the water of the pond.
In the photo above, you can see hanashobu iris field over the pond.
I visited Higashi Gyoen (The East Gardens of Imperial Palace) to view Hanashobu (Japanese iris) today. 84 varieties iris grow by Ninomaru pond. That iris field is not so large, but those iriese are maintained carfuly.
I took this photo on denpoin-street. That is a udon (Japanese thick noodle) restaurant. If you visit asakusa in morning, you can see many nice shutter art.
