This building is "Taiseiden" which is the main hall in yushima seido.
Current taiseiden was rebuilt in 1935.
By the way, yushima seido is called "Birthplace of Japanese school education".
Because there was a public school which was under control of the tokugawa shogunate goverment in yushima seido.

It's an impressive building with colours that even today would be modern. Well worth visiting.
Beautiful and imposing at the same time. And that particular shade of green is unique — I love it.
