Peony Garden in Ueno Park (1)
We call this garden "Botanen".
This garden is in the precincts of ueno toshogu shrine that is located in ueno park.
It is open twice in every year. (winter and spring)
We can see many kind of peony flowers in the garden.
Especially, the graden is known as the place we can see winter peony in Tokyo.
To be continued.

An other piece of paradise to me... Lovely umbrella!
What is the white Vessel on the red-clothed Table for?
PinkPanthress;
They burn charcoal in it to warm.
and we can rest to sit on the red clothed benche.
Peonies are so beautiful and fragrant. We cannot grow them here in Southern California (and if you buy them at a flower shop they are very expensive) it does not get cold enough! How lucky you are to see them growing.
@ nobu

Those flowers seem to be extremely well cared for and rightly so.
