You can see Imperial palace moat in the left side of this photo.
And on the other side of the street, hibiya park is located.
If you go straight along the street (to the south), you will be ginza district soon.

This avenue seems to be very large and wide; Is the tall white building the place where the Imperial Family lives?..

It's an office building.
