I took these photos on sotobori-dori (street) at ginza yesterday.
Ginza is a well known up-market district located in heart of Tokyo.
I have seen horse in ginza at first time.
The young lady on the horse is a police officer of metropolitan police department.

When I see the crowd in the back of the picture, I guess you were not the only one to see a horse there for the first time..Interesting scenery!
