Kameido Tenjin
Kameido tenjin is a shinto shrine that worship Sugawara Michizane.
In nowadays, Sugawara Michizane is worshiped as god of study.
This shrine is located in koto ward.
You can go to there from kameido station by walking.

This little red bridge is the cutest have ever seen!
I guess there are a lot of students (and students parents!) that come to this shrine.As there are a lot of people on your pictures, maybe it's time of examinations in Japan?
