I have alredy posted about this pond as " shinj-pond in hibiya park" in this month.
On that day when I took this photo, it was drizzle.
About the pond was calm, and then, I forgot I was in heart of Tokyo in a moment.

Acoording to home page of Tosyogu shrine,for winter peony, the garden open from January first to around middle of February.
and for spring peony, the garden open from around middle of April to around middle of May.
(those can move because of weather conddition)
