This tall building is located at kanda-surugadai where is well known as students town.It is near to ochanomizu station.
When I saw this building at first time, I didn't know it was school building.
It was built in 1998.

Beautiful building. I would not have thought it to be a school, either. I wonder if the more you learn the higher you go...
This building is called"Liberty" tower, but looks like a jail with all these very little windows...it is too impressive to make me feel like studying...
Never thought it's a school building as well. Nice structure.
